Monthly Report <br /> for <br /> City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Department <br /> June, 2005 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has reviewed one Conditional Use Permit and one Preliminary Plat <br /> Application. These applications, along with the necessary supporting documents,have <br /> been forwarded to the City Planner to be included on the July Planning Commission <br /> Agenda. The fee for these applications is$900.00. <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed seventeen Land Use Permit Applications. <br /> There was$1,433.80 collected in fees. <br /> As of June 29,the Zoning Office has processed sixteen more permits compared to 2004 <br /> and thirty-four more than in 2003. <br /> Individual Sewaae Treatment System(ISTS)Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed one Design in June for ISTS installation. <br /> Year-to-date,there have been seventeen Designs processed, resulting in Permit Fees of <br /> $1,700.00 and Inspection Fees of$1,700.00. <br /> Zoning May: <br /> The DRAFT New Zoning Map was distributed with your copies of the Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report. These maps are available for review in the entry way of City <br /> Hall and online at www.pequotzoningmap.info. The postcards were mailed out to each <br /> property owner on June 28. Anyone who wishes to opt out of the rezoning on July 21, <br /> can coo so by completing a request form available at City Hall for a separate rezone <br /> hearing. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> ❖ June 1, ISTS Inspection. <br /> ❖ June 2,prepared Monthly Report(May). <br /> ❖ June 2 &3,took 1 %days of comp time. <br /> ❖ June 6, prepared and mailed notices for the 3 public hearings. <br /> `. ❖ June 6,overlaid proposed Highway 371 backage roads on the Donald Babinski <br /> site plan for Councilman Ryan. <br /> Completed June 29, 2005 1 <br />
