Manufacturer_ Vertechs LULA Service Contract Options: Select One One (1)year contract, One Service Inspection - $ 125,00/yr One (1) year contract, Two Service Inspections- $ 240.00/yr One (1) year contract, Four Service Inspections - $ 440.00/yr One (1) year contract, Twelve Service Inspections- $1,260.00/yr Five(5) year contract, One Service Inspection - $ 118.00/yr Five(5) year contract, Two Service Inspections- $ 220.00/yr Five(5) year contract, Four Service Inspections- $ 420.00/yr Five (5) year contract, Twelve Service Inspections- $1,200.00/yr Annual payment(s), payable in advance, the Contract price may be adjusted on the anniversary date of this agreement. Contract is valid from the date of a signed contract and thereafter until this agreement is terminated by ninety(90)days written notice to that effect, given by either of the parties hereto to the other party. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED that payment of all sums then due hereunder is a Condition precedent to the future rendering of services by Arrow Lift Accessibility and ALA reserves the right, at our option, to suspend services until all payments then due are made, at any time you are in default in making payments as stipulated. Suspension of services by ALA shall not be deemed to be a breach of this agreement and we shall not be liable for any loss or cost of damage resulting from suspension. Not withstanding any provision of this agreement to the contrary, if you fail to cure such default within 30 days following receipt of a suspension notice, we may terminate this agreement upon written notice, effective immediately, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which we may have at law or in equity.
