City Council Minutes <br /> June 7, 2005 <br /> Page 4 <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> Council Member Greer indicated he would like to see more information in <br /> the Planning and Zoning reports and to have location maps included in <br /> their Planning and Zoning packet. <br /> 7. Police Chiefs Report <br /> Report discussed. Mayor Malecha requested ICR reports to show which <br /> officer handled the offense. Council Member Ryan indicated that there <br /> was no monthly police report in the packet and indicated that the Council <br /> has requested to see a monthly report. <br /> 8. Water/Wastewater Supervisor's Report <br /> Report given by Brett Twardy. <br /> 8.1. Sewer Line by Old City Hall <br /> Brett reviewed the report regarding the sewer main from the school on <br /> West Woodman continuing up on Second Street past TDS then on to Main <br /> Street and up the side of Front Street. He noted that there have been <br /> several backups in this area and the memo to the Council discusses <br /> several solutions to resolve the problem. Brett gave the Council another <br /> report regarding sewer issues. <br /> Council Member Sjoblad indicated he wanted to know options regarding <br /> rapid infiltration. <br /> 9. Fire Chiefs Report <br /> Council reviewed report. <br /> 10. Maintenance Supervisor's Report <br /> Report by Mike Loven. <br /> 10.1. Preventative Maintenance Contract for Elevator <br /> Mike Loven presented a service contract for the elevator. The contract is <br /> provided by Arrow Lift Accessibility and is for preventative maintenance. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO ENTER INTO A ONE YEAR <br /> CONTRACT FOR ONE SERVICE INSPECTION IN 2005 WITH ARROW <br /> LIFT FOR $125.00. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE <br /> `„� MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br />
