COUNCIL IVIEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />10.3, Job Points — Maintenance Employees <br />The Clerk stated that the Job Evaluation Committee completed an outside <br />equity market research to ensure that the pay for all positions was <br />comparable with cities of populations of 2,000 to 4,000 residents. The <br />market research was done through the League of Min.nesota Cities salary <br />survey. <br />The result of the search showed that the pay far f�e �naintenance <br />positions is not comparable to similar positiorts. Bec�t�se of this the <br />Committee is recommending to increase �E�e maintenarre� employee's <br />points by 10% effective January 1, 2014. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MO\fEQ TO I��REASE THE f�OINTS <br />FOR THE MAINTENANCE POSITIONS BY 1'0 PERCENT EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 2014. Request to Reassiqn Funds <br />Nancy Malecha ��a�ed, that there �s currently;$18,870.39 in the HRA <br />capital outlayF �arryo�e�_account. TF.ie account was established in 2006 to <br />fund pote���a� �/AC art� SAC hookup charges for HRA buildings. She <br />noted that bec��se th,��e have been �o HRA projects since 2006, and <br />because there are r�one p�a�ecte� �n the near future, she is recommending <br />th��t tC�e f�r�c�s,be re�s�.i.gned to council contingency. <br />��UNCIL MEI�I��ER AK��SON MOVED TO REASSIGN $18,870.39 IN <br />Ht�� CAPITAL G�RRY�VER FUNDS TO COUNCIL CONTINGENCY. <br />COI�I�CIL MEMB�ER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION.
