Notice put in <br />building regarding disposal of debris. <br />The Asset Management fee of $2000 will stop until our back payment is caught up. <br />Storms in the area recently took out some of our security system throughout the property. Estimated costs <br />have came in from our security company and the process to fix the issue will begin. <br />*Alpine <br />No Business <br />*Executive Director's Renort. <br />There are no changes in our health insurance costs for 2014 <br />*Maintenance En�ineer's Report <br />REAC inspection score was 80. <br />Rural Development is requiring a handicap accessible hard surface path to go out to the playground area.
