Proposal for Cleaning Pequot Lakes City Hall <br /> Cleaning to include: <br /> Cleaning twice a week: <br /> Both bathrooms: Clean Sink <br /> Clean Stool <br /> Wipe down room as needed(walls,handicap bars, etc.) <br /> Wash floor <br /> (Clean shower if used) <br /> Stairway/Entry way: Vacuum <br /> Sweep <br /> Wash floor(at least once a week) <br /> Wipe down walls, displays, etc. as needed. <br /> Clean Glass doors. <br /> Removal of Garbage to dumpster <br /> Cleaning once a week: Vacuum <br /> (per floor) Dust(wet wipe as needed) <br /> Polish wood items (lemon oil wood on a rotating basis) <br /> Spot clean carpet as needed. <br /> Clean glass in doors and interior `windows' as needed. <br /> Additional items as needed. <br /> This takes approximately 8 hrs plus,worth of time per week to do a thorough/complete cleaning <br /> job. <br /> We request to be paid a flat fee of$60.00 per week to cover our regular/routine cleaning time. <br /> Actual cleaning supplies to be provided by the city. <br /> Spring and Fall cleaning of all windows would be an additional fee (to be determined based on <br /> time)Recommend a professional cleaning of the carpet once a year. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Marlyn Wedan <br />
