The. <br /> overflight can be conducted <br /> between: October December <br /> 2004. The entire study area <br /> W11 be flown. Suspected <br /> areas of environmental ? "> <br /> concern, land use practices i r <br /> not conforming to local,state <br /> or federal ordinances and . <br /> point discharges will be J <br /> recorded with film and hyperspectral camera systems. <br /> The proposal includes collection of 35mm slide photographs from an altitude of <br /> approximately 800 feet. All slides will be numenedly correlated to maps of the targets on <br /> USGS 75 minute quadrangle maps,which have been enlarged from 1:24,00016 1:12,000 <br /> All hyperspectral and thermal images will be&gitiwd and presented with the visible image <br /> data <br /> Analysis <br /> The EAO image data mahiu will be analyzed for the following impacts or conditions: <br /> • Areas of environmental concern, <br /> • Land use practices not conforming to local state or federal ordinances and <br /> • Point discharges to include leaks and springs <br /> • Excessive nutrient or toxic sources <br /> • Non-complying land use practices <br />
