Cleaning Cily Hall <br /> The Clerk indicated that the cleaning service the city was currently using is no longer <br /> working for the City. She requested the Council to hire Marlyn's Cleaning Service at <br /> $60.00 per week. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO HIRE MARLYN'S CLEANING <br /> SERVICE AT$60.00 PER WEEK TO CLEAN CITY HALL. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION.MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 12.3. Janet Wedan's 6 Month Probation Period <br /> The Clerk indicated that Janet Wedan has successfully completed her six-month <br /> probation period with the City effective March 10 and recommended a$.50 increase. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO AUTHORIZE A$.50 PER HOUR <br /> INCREASE IN WAGE FOR JANET WEDAN EFFECTIVE MARCH 14,2005. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION.MOTION <br /> CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 13.1. Highway 371 Update <br /> The City Engineer updated the Council on the Highway 371 workshops that have taken <br /> place.He requested the Council to meet in a work session to discuss the topic. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL WORK <br /> SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 23,2005,AT 6:30 P.M. ON THE <br /> HIGHWAY 371 PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION.MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 13.2. Marshall Street Study <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the summary and recommendations from the Marshall Street storm <br /> drainage study. The Council heard from affected property owners in the audience.After <br /> much discussion,it was the consensus of the Council that Council Member Greer,City <br /> Engineer Tim Houle and Mr. Larry Lien would meet and try to find a solution to the <br /> problem. <br /> 14. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br />
