ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> ORDINANCE 06-EXT <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE CREATING AN EXTRACTIVE USE OVERLAY <br /> DISTRICT,AMENDING SECTION 8.5 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND <br /> REVISING THE LAND USE MATRIX <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 06-EXT, approved by the City <br /> Council of the city of Pequot Lakes, on the 40'day of December, 2006. <br /> The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance and to <br /> create Section 6.4 Extractive Use Overlay District, to amend Section 6.1, subpart 4 to <br /> include"Extractive Use Overlay District"and an overlay district be established by <br /> Section VI of the Ordinance,amend Section 8.5, and revise the Land Use Matrix to <br /> include a footnote stating"(11) Consistent with the provisions of Section 6.4. <br /> A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of <br /> the City Clerk. <br /> Passed by the Council this 4t'day of December, 2006. <br /> BY: <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> BY: <br /> Sandra A.
