�- Maintenance Department Monthly Report <br /> November 2006 <br /> In November, the Maintenance Department helped the Clerks Office with the setup and <br /> take-down of the general election held at the Cole Memorial Building. The Cole <br /> Memorial Building seemed to be a better location then City Hall for this event. <br /> All the Christmas decorations are up. `No Snowmobiling' signs are installed, and all <br /> winter equipment is ready to go for the winter season. <br /> All Maintenance Department employees attended the monthly safety class at East Gull <br /> LakeTown Hall on back injury and prevention. <br /> We have been assisting the Water/Sewer Department where able, such as Lance Ray <br /> learning how the meter readings are done each month. <br /> Meetings attended in November: <br /> Nov 8- Council Meeting <br /> Nov 13 —Monthly Budget Meeting <br /> Nov 13 —Utilities Committee <br /> Nov 14, 21, 28 —Trailside Estates Construction <br /> Nov 14—Group Safety Meeting <br /> Nov 14—City, Crow Wing County, MNDot Highway 371 Meeting <br /> Nov 15 —Council Workshop <br /> Nov 16—City Safety Meeting <br /> Nov 16—City Staff Meeting <br /> Nov 17— Safety Committee (hearing policy) <br /> Nov 27—Building Committee <br /> Nov 28 —Job Descriptions <br />
