The Planning Commission discussed the proposed <br /> backage road coutural break, but the location could vary when constructed. The <br /> issue of zoning al on " e backage road can be re-visited when it is constructed. <br /> A motion was made by Scott Pederson, seconded by Roger Varilek,to recommend that <br /> the City Council rezone these parcels, minus Parcel Number 290221400A00009, <br /> consistent with the map on page 1-5 of the Staff Report,based on the following Findings <br /> of Fact: <br /> 1.
