Monthly Report <br /> to <br /> City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Department <br /> March, 2006 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed five land Use Permit Applications,to date. <br /> There was $6,004.60 collected in fees. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment System (ISTS) Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received one Design for a new ISTS and issued the permit. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> • Sept. 1 —Prepared Legal Notice for publication and forwarded to the Echo. <br /> • Sept. 6—Prepared follow-up correspondence from Council Meeting. <br /> `, • Sept. 8—ISTS Inspection. <br /> • Sept. 8—Prepared and mailed public hearing Notices for upcoming agenda. <br /> • Sept. 8—Photographed potential violation. <br /> • Sept. 11 —Drafted Violation letter. <br /> • Sept. 11 —Drafted sewer/water extension letter. <br /> • Sept. 25 —Prepared Ordinance Amendments for Council Meeting. <br /> Meetings Attended: <br /> • Sept. 5 —Regular City Council Meeting—6:30 p.m. <br /> • Sept. 11 —Monthly Budget Meeting—9:45 a.m. <br /> Notes: <br /> ➢ Dawn Bittner was on vacation September 22. <br /> ➢ I have been asked to explain how we inform applicants of fees they may be <br /> charged. I have drafted the following paragraph to include in the letter we send to <br /> the applicant after receiving an application and determining that the application is <br /> complete.
