MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3.2. Register of Bills <br /> Council Member Ryan had questions relating to some of the bills. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF <br /> BILLS. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> No one appeared before open mike. <br /> 5.1. Rezoning from Commercial Shoreline to Open Space Wilderness Point <br /> Villas, LLC <br /> `.. Staff report by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn indicated that the Planning <br /> Commission is recommending that the common space areas of the <br /> Wilderness Point Development be rezoned from Commercial Shoreline to <br /> Open Space based on six findings of fact. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-05 <br /> AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT <br /> LAKES IN RELATION TO THE WILDERNESS RESORT VILLAS. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5.2. Ordinance Amendment to Increase the Impervious Coverage Limits in the <br /> Light Industrial and Commercial Zones <br /> Staff report by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn indicated that the Planning <br /> Commission is recommending an ordinance amendment that would <br /> increase the impervious coverage for commercial zones. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-04 <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 5.10 AND 5.13 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO INCREASE THE IMPERVIOUS COVERAGE LIMITS. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0. <br />
