Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the regular meeting of the Pequot Lakes City <br /> Council to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> THE AGENDA WAS APPROVED. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> Council Member Nagel requested to remove item 3.1.C. due to an error in <br /> the minutes. The Clerk indicated she would correct the error and put the <br /> Minutes on the February agenda. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> A. 12/6/2005 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> B. 1216/2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3.2. REGISTER OF BILLS <br /> 3.3. RESOLUTION 06-05 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FOR <br /> JANUARY <br /> 3.4. FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br />
