City Council Minutes <br /> April 4, 2006 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> indicated he would be willing to meet with the Zoning Administrator to <br /> review the job description and report back to the Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO TABLE THIS ITEM TO THE <br /> MAY MEETING FOLLOWING REVIEW OF THE ZONING <br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S JOB DESCRIPTION. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ- <br /> ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Report and 2006 Goals <br /> Monthly Report and 2006 goals presented to Council. <br /> Mike Loven reviewed the proposed DNR dock project on Rice Lake at <br /> Lowell Wildlife Management area. He noted that the dock project and <br /> future parking lot plan would encroach on the City right-of-way. There <br /> were no objections from the Council other than Council Member Pfeiffer <br /> who objected due to liability concerns. <br /> Council Member Greer questioned Mike about a brushing plan. Mike <br /> Loven reviewed the information he presented to the Council on brushing <br /> and trimming. Council Member Greer indicated he wanted a more defined <br /> �.. plan. The Clerk suggested that if the Council wants to adopt a more <br /> defined plan that it should be done by Council motion. She suggested that <br /> the Street liaison and Street Superintendent review the issue and report <br /> back to the Council. <br /> 12. Engineer's Report <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the bidding process for the 2006 road improvement <br /> projects. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO AUTHORIZE WSN TO <br /> WORK WITH STAFF ON ADVERTISING FOR BIDS. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Tim Houle discussed the process for getting on the Project Priority List <br /> (PPL) for funding of City water and wastewater projects. The Council <br /> discussed the City projects that are priority projects for the City at this <br /> time. Those projects included: <br /> 1. Highway 371 expansion —water and sewer placement <br /> 2. Replacement of existing sewer <br /> 3. Sibley Lake —water and sewer extension <br />
