COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO TABLE THIS ITEM TO THE MAY MEETING FOLLOWING REVIEW OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S JOB DESCRIPTION. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ- ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Report and 2006 Goals Monthly Report and 2006 goals presented to Council. Mike Loven reviewed the proposed DNR dock project on Rice Lake at Lowell Wildlife Management area. He noted that the dock project and future parking lot plan would encroach on the City right-of-way. There were no objections from the Council other than Council Member Pfeiffer who objected due to liability concerns. Council Member Greer questioned Mike about a brushing plan. Mike Loven reviewed the information he presented to the Council on brushing and trimming. Council Member Greer indicated he wanted a more defined �.. plan. The Clerk suggested that if the Council wants to adopt a more defined plan that it should be done by Council motion. She suggested that the Street liaison and Street Superintendent review the issue and report back to the Council. 12. Engineer's Report Tim Houle reviewed the bidding process for the 2006 road improvement projects. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO AUTHORIZE WSN TO WORK WITH STAFF ON ADVERTISING FOR BIDS. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. Tim Houle discussed the process for getting on the Project Priority List (PPL) for funding of City water and wastewater projects. The Council discussed the City projects that are priority projects for the City at this time. Those projects included: 1. Highway 371 expansion —water and sewer placement 2. Replacement of existing sewer 3. Sibley Lake —water and sewer extension
