The Council requested a <br /> presentation by the group. <br /> • Chamber of Commerce — Request to become a partner sponsor of the <br /> 4th of July activities through a considerable yearly financial <br /> commitment. <br /> The Council discussed the City's existing participation in the event. It <br /> was noted that this year the City's cost to help with policing and clean <br /> up amounted to about $2,000. It was also noted that this was with the <br /> help of Sentence to Serve. Without using STS, the City's cost would be <br /> higher. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED THAT THERE BE NO <br /> `. MONETARY DONATION TOWARD THE FIREWORKS. <br />
