• Has Automatic Service Co. raise the antenna to the top of the tower. Past operators and <br />current one have had alarms for communication failures in the past. It is caused by tree <br />�' height between the tower and the water plant. <br />� <br />• Repaired broken water line on East Woodman. New policy, when ever we call in for a <br />locate we will advise Business in the affected area that water may be restricted or off <br />during the repair procedure. <br />• We have started to inventory the gate valves to verify that they are all open, we have <br />found several closed, on is the center line crossing the highway. We are finding the 60% <br />are filled with sand and gravel. This is not unexpected, we will be cleaning them out in <br />the Spring / Summer of 2013. <br />Wastewater Dept. <br />I. All three lines are Clay <br />tile and have roots growing in them. I will get pricing on cleaning, televising and root <br />�— sawing. Then we will add root destroyer on an at least a annual basis with regular <br />j etting. <br />
