� <br />� <br />� <br />City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes ._ <br />Date: <br />AGENDA ITEM #8.1. <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />December 4, 2012 <br />Subiect: Office Manager — Full Time Status <br />Report: Jeanyne Alderson has been working 20 hours per <br />week in the Police Department as the Office Manager since <br />June, 2012. It is now proposed that Jeanyne begin working <br />full time (40 hours per week) as the Police Department <br />Office Manager beginning January l, 2013. With this move <br />to full time Jeanyne will be performing the tasks of Office <br />Manager 40 hours per week. It is the recommendation of <br />the Job Evaluation Committee and the Police Chief that <br />Jeanyne advance one step on the pay scale (to step 6.5) <br />beginning January 1. This increase does not take into <br />account any other increase given to employees by the City <br />Council. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion to authorize a <br />pay increase for Jeanyne Alderson — moving to step 6.5 on <br />the pay scale. <br />
