Payment of Bills <br /> Council questions on bills were addressed. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO APPROVE THE BILLS AS <br /> PRESENTED. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3.3. Financial Statement <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned the $6,517.36 amount under refunds <br /> and reimbursements in the general fund. The Clerk indicated she would <br /> get him the information. <br /> 3.6. Acknowledgement of 6 — Month Probation for Chief Braam and Officer <br /> Gartner <br /> Council Member Bolz-Andolshek addressed the Council regarding the 6- <br /> month probation period for Chief Jerry Braam and Officer Josh Gartner. <br /> He noted that both have successfully passed the probation period. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE AN <br /> INCREASE IN PAY FOR CHIEF JERRY BRAAM FROM $22.36 PER <br /> HOUR TO $23.40 PER HOUR EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2006 AND AN <br /> INCREASE IN PAY FOR OFFICER JOSH GARTNER FROM $15.47 PER <br /> HOUR TO $16.62 PER HOUR EFFECTIVE MARCH 13, 2006. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0. <br /> 3.7. Premises Permit for Lawful Gambling —American Legion Auxiliary <br /> The Clerk distributed a letter from the American Legion #49 Auxiliary <br /> requesting a reduction in the Premises Permit fee. The Clerk noted that <br /> the current premises fee is $200. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO ELIMINATE THE PREMISE <br /> PERMIT FEE. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />
