Our comments <br /> are has follows: <br /> I. An interim access maybe considered at or near the existing location, depending on a field <br /> review of sight distances and safety issues. As part of any interim access approval, a right <br /> turn lane and bypass lane would be required. Once the four-lane is constructed, the access <br /> would be closed. It would probably be relocated to the south,but this is subject to changes <br /> as project development occurs. <br /> 2. A permit is required to perform any work in the R/W, construct any entrances or change in <br /> use of an entrance.
