We will present the draft to <br />the Planning Commission in February, with the public hearing to be held <br />at the May � Council Meeting. I am enclosing a copy of the Second <br />Scoping Decision Notice. <br />➢ Vacation — I was on vacation November 23 — November 30. <br />Clerk's Office Suunort: <br />■ Managed City Hall while election polls were open; <br />■ Recorded brown water complaints; <br />■ Utility billing questions; <br />■ Issues Dog License, updated application; <br />■ Uploaded Planning Commission Minutes to website; <br />Completed November 20, 2oi2 <br />
