The money will be used to fix the handicap ramp and sidewalk. ■ HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL We have been working with the North Central Service Coop in the renewal of the City's Health Insurance coverage. Due to the increase in premiums from Blue Cross Blue Shield, the Coop voted to contract with HealthPartners. HealthPartners has offered the same coverage with a lower premium than what Blue Cross was proposing. We held an employee meeting with a representative from NCSC and HealthPartners to answer any questions from employees. We are proposing to accept the move to HealthPartners.
