June 25, 2006
Elizabeth G. Miller
740437 th Ave SW
Pequot Lakes, MN
56472
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please consider this letter as my proposal for the use of property
located under the Bobber Tower. Formally Smoky Hollow Fish Co.
Currently I am doing business in Jenkins MN as an authorized
dealer of CellularOne. My intentions are to move to Pequot Lakes
and unable to find suitable space, I have given this property much
thought. The location is just right for the traffic flow in town. As of now
my dealership is the only one between Brainerd & Walker. I do feel
strongly that I would fill and provide a great service to the community
year round.
I will do some much needed renovation of the building in side and
out. I will be happy to put a color scheme & a rendering together.
I realize it is my responsibility to put electric and phone service back
into place and I have contacted MN Power in Pine River and the
estimate is about $200 to provide power back to the building. I
propose to lease the above location for $450.00 a month for 2 plus
years and if I must an amount higher if needed.
I look forward to doing business in Pequot Lakes.
Sincerely
Elizabeth G. Miller
