ORDINANCE 06- <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this Ordinance is to <br /> amend the official zoning map, an official control pursuant to Chapter 462 of the <br /> Minnesota Statutes, for the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Section 2. Amendment: The official zoning map for the City of Pequot Lakes shall <br /> be amended as follows: <br /> • Michael and Katherine Davis,property owners,Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290102303E00009,to rezone from Waterfront Commercial to Transition <br /> Residential. <br /> • Samuel and Joan Kantos,property owners, Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290 1011 0OA00009,to rezone from Agricultural to Agriculture. <br /> • City of Pequot Lakes,property owner,Parcel Identification Numbers: <br /> �..� 291140009OA0009 and 2911400090B0009,to rezone from Medium Density <br /> Residential to Recreation. <br /> • Bonnie Watt,property owner, Parcel Identification Number: 290031101A00009, <br /> to rezone from Rural Residential to Rural Residential. <br /> • Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is the official <br /> zoning map amendment for the City of Pequot Lakes,which shall become part of <br /> and is considered an official control and zoning regulation pursuant to Chapter <br /> 462 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br /> Section 3.
