ORDINANCE NO. 06- 12 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #198 PROVIDING RULES AND <br /> REGULATIONS FOR THE BIRCH LANE CARTWAY IN THE CITY OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend <br /> Ordinance#198 relating to rules and regulations for the Birch Lane Cartway. <br /> Section 1. That Section 2, Item#7 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 7. No watercraft, snowmobiles, or motorized off-road vehicles are allowed on the <br /> cartway or cartway shore. <br /> Effective Date.
