He has met with another <br /> company and if the company gives us a bid, Mike will <br /> present it at the Council meeting. The City currently pays <br /> $320 per month. <br /> MCS Janitorial and Cleaning Service - $400 per month <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to approve a <br /> cleaning service for City Hall cleaning. <br />
