RESOLUTION 12-38 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM <br />NOVEMBER 2, 2012 THROUGH NOVEMBER 21, 2012 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />3.1. 11/13/2012 COUNCIL MINUTES <br />Council Member Ryan requested to amend the minutes as follows: <br />11.6. Replace "Council Member Ryan stated that he agrees with <br />the concept," with "Council Member Ryan stated that he <br />understands the concept...." <br />3.2. CHECK REGISTER <br />Council Member Akerson questioned the following check register <br />items: <br />• Car battery <br />• Halogen lights — replace with LED lights <br />• Money spent on Expedition <br />`" Council Member Ryan questioned the following check register <br />items: <br />• Refund of Mayson's liquor license <br />• The rate for Moonlighting Electric Company <br />• The cost of the pump and piping for the Industrial Park Lift <br />Station <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE ITEM 3.1 <br />—THE 11/30/2012 COUNCIL MINUTES AS AMENDED AND ITEM <br />3.2. — THE CHECK REGISTER. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one was present for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1.
