The Clerk's office has been training her in <br /> on water/sewer billing procedures. Jeanyne has been working with Dawn Bittner to <br /> learn the basics of Planning and Zoning so as to be able to assist the public when <br /> Dawn is gone. She has also been serving as receptionist, doing the mail, ordering <br /> office supplies, attending Park Board and Safety meetings and taking minutes at the <br /> meetings. <br /> • COUNCIL BY-LAWS <br /> The Clerk's office has revised the old Council by-laws that were dated 1991. Many of <br /> the by-laws did not conform with state statutes. The revised by-laws are before the <br /> Council for review. <br /> • PERSONNEL POLICY <br /> The Clerk's office has been working on revising the current personnel policy. The <br /> draft policy has been sent to the Council and staff for review and comments. We are <br />
