The Council has requested to <br />hold a special closed meeting to consider the strategies for <br />union negotiations prior to the November 30th meeting. If <br />time allows at the end of the November 13th Council <br />meeting, the Council can close the meeting for discussion <br />of the union contract. If time does not allow, the Council <br />should call a special meeting, which would have to be at <br />least three days from November 13tn <br />You should have received the necessary information for the <br />closed meeting via e-maiL If you did not, please contact <br />me. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion to close the <br />meeting or schedule another meeting date. <br />�- <br />
