Monthly Report <br /> to <br /> City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Department <br /> April, 2006 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed 8 Land Use Permit Applications. There <br /> was $2,061.90 collected in fees. <br /> The Zoning Office has reviewed one Conditional Use Permit Application. This <br /> application, along with the necessary supporting documents,has been forwarded to the <br /> City Planner to be included on the May Planning Commission Agenda. The fee for this <br /> application is $400.00. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment System (ISTS)Permits: <br /> There were 2 Designs submitted for ISTS installation. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> • April 3 —Began processing 2 Sign Permit Applications and 2 Land Use <br /> Applications. <br /> • April 4—Issued 2 Sign Permits,returned 1 Application and requested additional <br /> information on another. <br /> • April 4—Processed a CUP Application. <br /> • April 5—Mailed rezone approval letter to Larson's. <br /> • April 5—Processed ISTS Application and E-911 address. <br /> • April 6—Took notes of Minutes from tape of September, 2004 Planning <br /> Commission Meeting. <br /> • April 7—Prepared the Minutes of above meeting. <br /> • April 7—Mailed Public Hearing Notices. <br /> • April 10—Issued one Land Use Permit. <br /> • April 11 —Prepared Admin. Report for Staff Report. <br /> • April 12—Met with property owner regarding potential signage. <br /> • April 12—Began copying Staff Report. <br /> • April 12—Processed one ISTS Design. <br /> • April 13 —Copied Staff Report. <br /> • April 13 —Processed one ISTS Design and one Land Use Permit. <br /> • April 14—Copied and bound Staff Report for delivery to Planning Commission. <br /> • April 14—Copied Staff Report for Council. <br /> Completed April 24,2006 1 <br />
