MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT FOR APRIL 2006
Clean-up from winter has begun where snow melting has allowed. Always heavy
amounts of trash left over from winter.
Potholes have showed up again and have been attacked with over 5 tons of patching
material.
One-half of the new 911 signs to be installed this year have arrived and we will start
installation as time and frost permits.
The State of Minnesota has changed the street sign standard from letters of a 4" size
to a 6" size. To be compliant,we have to change over our street signs by 2012. We
will now order 6" letter signs.
