Pequot Lakes City Council <br /> March 29, 2006 <br /> Memo <br /> RE: Project Priority List/ IUP <br /> Council members: <br /> This is just a brief follow up on where the Cities direction is to go <br /> regarding the future of our water and wastewater systems. Our first <br /> goal is to get on the ppl list for low interest loan and hopefully <br /> grants from the USDA. We as a whole need to prioritize which <br /> projects come first and then decide if and when to proceed with the <br /> next step in this loan and grant process. <br /> I have met with council member Ryan and gone over our list of <br /> priority areas. They are as follows: <br /> 1. Hwy. 371 expansion -water and sewer placement issues. <br /> 2. Replacement of existing sewer infrastructure that is <br /> deteriorating. <br /> 3. Current Hwy. 371 areas without water/sewer. <br /> 4. Current land available for future expansion of the ponds and or <br /> redesign to RIBS. <br />
