Kitchen <br />remodels were the main concern along with a few other cosmetic improvements. Tenants were informed from the <br />Executive Director that the reserve fund has to be built back up again and that a lot of the funds are used for <br />Operating expenses, but their ideas and concerns were noted. <br />Executive Director Carlson is checking on the Occupancy Standard for Sibley Terrace. There is going to be <br />a"Physical Needs Assessment" that will be done along with an "Energy Audit" that is due. <br />Shampooer has been purchased including upholstery attachment. <br />LSS & Congregate dining has been looking at other locations to relocate. There is concern for the lack of <br />interest in the congregate dining room. Discussion was held for suggestions to improve this. <br />*ParkView <br />Linoleum is going to be replaced in the first floor laundry room of ParkView I <br />�Alpine <br />The FOB door lock system has been estimated at the price of $1100-1600 for the front door. This is to <br />address the safety issue that has arisen due to the front door never being locked in the past. <br />XExecutive Director's Report. <br />The city water bill was cut in '/2 for one month which was a great gesture for our troubles and considerable <br />discount for all of our bills <br />XMaintenance En�ineer's Renort <br />None <br />XOther Business <br />Snow equipment has been tested and prepared for winter. <br />XOpen Forum <br />Contractor Moser is working at testing for the boilers license.
