This proposal is for the City <br />of Pequot Lakes and i;ity of 7enkins, State of Minnesota. <br />SERG'ICES PRGVIDED <br />These are the services that Animal Contro? Enforeemen± provides and a brief descr�ption of the service. <br />ANI�'viAL.i RUN�'�7NG AT LARGE: Tnis covers the pick up and uelivery of animals, said to be running at large in the city limits of Pequot <br />Lakes and Jenkins, MN in violation of c:ty ord:nance, ±o either the �+esig.*�ated impeund facility or o��,mer if know. <br />Municipalities are responsible for securing imnoundment loc�tion and any fees involved. Anima! Control Enforcement fees onlv cover t/te <br />�fck u� r�n�l rleiivery �f animals. <br />CITATIONS: This covers all citations issued for violations of the City Animal Ordinances and /or MN State Statutes. <br />I1VY'cSTIGATl01'Y OFANIli�7AL BITES. This covers all animai 'nites aiid necessary reporis and pictures/if any. Triesz would be turned <br />in*.o the Pequot Lakes Pol:ce Department. Animal Control c�oes not hancile �kunks. <br />A MONTHLYREPORT: This would be turned into the City Council or designate monthly. <br />1iIILEAGE: Mileage would be reu�ibursed at tiie cm1'e�jt IRS appraved Pvlileage Rate. Milzage would'de fi•otn the Haru�ah� residence io'the <br />call and �ack. <br />SERVICEAi�AILABILITY: Services are available 24 hours a day, i days a week, baring illness or injury. With the municipality <br />urderstanding that Animal Contra� Enf�rcement cor�tracts with several municipalities, and calls wiil �e hardled as quickly as possible, and on a <br />priority basis. <br />ln the ever.t that animal c�ntral «�oul�± be �,:navai!able, �:�ritte:: advanced notice :a�:ll be given as to :he �+ate services ���euld �� anavailable. <br />Example; ri�aining, out of town, schooling. Tllis would be included with the monthly statement. <br />S�RVICE FEE <br />In return for the above mentioned szrvices a proposed serviee fee of $216,00 per mos{th, plus ntilea�e would be paid to Animal Control <br />Enforcemene. <br />The proposed fee �kas ±ig�:red using t!:e �o��:!atie.^. of±h� Ci±y of PPquot Lakes, 2162 and City of J�nkins, 430 �eep!e in th� city !imits at <br />$l per person, for a total of $2592.00 per year. <br />� <br />
