MINUTES
`-- JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 21, 2006
6:30 P.M.
PRESENT: City Council: Mary Pfeiffer, Craig Nagel, Justin Bolz-Andolshek and Tom
Ryan. Planning Commission: Tom Woog, Tom Adams, Roger Varilek, Scott Pederson
and Dean Williams. City Staff: Mike Loven, Roads and Streets Superintendent and
Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator; Tim Houle and Mike Rude, WSN, City Engineers.
General Public: David Kennedy.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Bolz-Andolshek with the Pledge of
Allegiance. He turned the meeting over the Mr. Houle. The purpose of this meeting was
to discuss current and future roads within the City. Mr. Houle had everyone indicate on
an individual map where they would like to see future roads. These were all placed on
one large map which he will take back and determine which ones could actually work
due to topography, wetlands, etc. This map will then be distributed to those present for
further comment.
It was determined that if our final map does not agree with the TH 371 proposal, the City
would need to contact MnDOT prior to giving municipal consent.
A motion was made by Tom Woog, seconded by Tom Ryan, to adjourn the meeting. All
members voted"aye". Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:42 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
I
I
I
I
E
f
D
