AGENDA ITEM #10.5 <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Date: March 8, 2006 <br /> Subject: Special Council Work Session Date <br /> Report: Just a reminder that w ave a special council <br /> meeting scheduled for Marc 2 at 6.30 p.m. This meeting <br /> is a joint meeting with the Planning Commission and City <br /> �- Council to discuss the future road systems in the City. <br /> The Council also has a special meeting scheduled for April <br /> 4th at 6:00 p.m. prior to the regular council meeting. This <br /> meeting is to discuss the following topics: <br /> • LENGTH OF COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> • COUNCIL LIAISONS <br /> • COUNCIL SCHOOLING <br /> I have talked to a couple of Council Members about these <br /> issues and I have a feeling that a half hour will not be <br /> sufficient time to discuss these issues. Does the Council <br /> want to meet earlier or at another time to discuss these <br /> issues? <br />
