<br /> In October of 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the zoning on a piece of property owned
<br /> by Earl Hemmrich, for which Carl Smith has a purchase agreement and a preliminary plat
<br /> pending. This review was done as part of the comprehensive city-wide rezoning project. The
<br /> property is located just north of the downtown directly adjacent to the manufactured housing
<br /> development.
