ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 06-01 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 60F THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> CREATING AN OVERLAY ZONE FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE RESORTS <br /> AND TO REVISE THE LAND USE MATRIX. <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 06-001, approved by the City <br /> Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, on the 3rd day of January, 2006. <br /> The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance and to <br /> create Section 6.3 Recreational Vehicle Resort Overlay district, to amend Section 6.1, <br /> subpart 4 to include"Recreational Resort Overlay District"and an overlay district be <br /> established by Section VI of the Ordinance, and to revise the Land Use Matrix to include <br /> "Recreational Vehicle Resort"as a Conditional Use within the AG, FM, RR and REC <br /> zoning classifications. <br /> A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of <br /> the City Clerk. <br /> Passed by the Council this 3rd day of January, 2006,by a unanimous vote of the Council. <br /> By: <br /> Cathy Malecha,Mayor <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> By: <br /> Sandra Peine, City Clerk <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br />
