Center Pivot Irrigation System <br /> Bill Tulenchik purchased the Center Pivot Irrigation System several years ago. There has <br /> been a verbal agreement with the City that the City would maintain and operate the pivot. <br /> After discussing this issue with the City's insurance agent, the agent suggested that it <br /> would be best if the City owned the pivot. <br /> Bill Tulenchik is asking $14,100 to purchase the pivot. Mike Loven received another <br /> quote for a similar pivot of$16,500 (see attached). <br />
