Open Forum <br /> Open Forum was re-opened. <br /> Curt Johnson addressed concerns of the TH 371 alternate route. Mr. <br /> Johnson stated that the City will face property value reductions and <br /> deficiencies for 10-14 years and the residents will bear those deficiencies. <br /> 7. Planning and Zoning Report <br /> Report reviewed by Council. <br /> 7.1A. Ordinance Amendment to Modify Height Limits and Side Yard <br /> Setbacks in the Light Industrial District—Applicant (City of Peguot <br /> Lakes <br /> Dawn Bittner noted that the Planning Commission is recommending <br /> the following amendments to the light industrial district. <br /> • Increase a structure's height limit to 25 feet <br /> • Add driveways to the parking lot line setback <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE <br /> 07-09 AMENDING SECTION 5.13 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO MODIFY HEIGHT LIMITS AND SIDE YARD SETBACKS IN <br /> THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 7.1 B. Ordinance Amendment to Modify Onsite Signs —Applicant (City of <br /> Peguot Lakes) <br /> Dawn Bittner noted that the Planning Commission is recommending <br /> the following amendments to the sign ordinance. <br /> • Temporary signs shall not exceed one half of the area <br /> allowed for a permanent sign <br /> • No more than four (4) temporary signs shall be on <br /> display at a given time for each parcel <br />
