COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Council Members Ryan and Akerson had an issue with the shortness of <br />time to make the appeal. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO 180 <br />DAYS FOR APPEAL TO THE CLERK AND 60 DAYS TO THE BOARD <br />OF ADJUSTMENT OR PLANNING COMMISSION. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />ROLL CALL: COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN VOTED AYE; COUNCIL <br />MEMBER AKERSON VOTED AYE; COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON <br />VOTED NAY; COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD VOTED NAY; MAYOR <br />ADAMS VOTED NAY. MOTION FAILED 2-3. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO 90 DAYS FOR <br />APPEAL TO THE CLERK AND 60 DAYS TO THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OR PLANNING COMMISSION. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />�- RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0 <br />MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 5-0. <br />7.1. Fire Truck Repair <br />Chief Nelson explained that one of the fire engines is in for repair. The <br />repair will cost $12,903.80 which includes a new transmission and a new <br />pump. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO WANE THE TWO QUOTE <br />PROCESS AND AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR ON THE FIRE TRUCK BY <br />EMERGENCY APPARATUS MAINTENANCE AT $12,903.80 TO BE <br />FUNDED FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CAPITAL OUTLAY <br />CARRYOVER FUND.
