City Council Minutes <br />November 13, 2012 <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />----------------------------- <br />Tim updated the Council on the Government Drive Project. He stated that <br />we have retained over $10,000. <br />11. Clerk's Report <br />Report accepted by Council. <br />11.1. Amendment to Credit Card Policv <br />The Clerk requested Council to amend the credit card policy to allow <br />employees who have a city credit card to carry the card and not require <br />them to check the card out. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE CREDIT <br />CARD POLICY. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />11.2. FSA Plan <br />The Clerk noted that the flexible spending account plan has not been used <br />by employees for the past couple of years and requested the Council to <br />� eliminate the plan. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ELIMINATE THE FSA <br />PLAN. COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />11.3. Januarv Council Meetinq Date <br />The Clerk noted that the regular Council meeting date is on January 1St <br />which is a holiday. She requested the Council to call a special Council <br />meeting on January 8th to discuss regular City business. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br />COUNCIL MEETING ON JANUARY 8T" AT 6:30 P.M. TO DISCUSS <br />REGULAR CITY BUSINESS. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />11.4. Liquor License Transfer <br />The Clerk noted that Mayson's Grille is transferring the liquor license to <br />Lucky's Tavern. <br />� <br />
