The Committee reviewed the <br /> cash flow sis rovided by ers and noted that the project does cash flow. <br /> he Cle r is in the park are sold,the City would have some <br /> d for a future ex ansion. <br /> Revie ow Chart from Sheila Haverkam <br /> The Comm viewed the flow chart prepared by Sheila and Elissa. The <br /> ommitte gested revising the chart so that it is in the form of a check list for <br /> develop ent procedures including Planning and Zoning processes. Sheila <br /> i icated she would fine tune the flow chart and develop check lists to follow. <br /> 7. ecision Water Jet Update <br /> Sheila Haverkamp updated the Committee on the progress with Precision Water <br /> Jet. She noted that the company is looking to expand its existing business and is <br /> looking at options in several industrial parks. She noted that the owners would <br /> prefer to stay in Pequot Lakes. Dawn Bittner updated the Committee on a meeting <br /> L.. she held with the owners of Precision Water Jet and two Planning Commission <br />
