The committee has established some priorities and is working with two developers at the present time. Utility Rate Study We are continuing to work on the utility rate study. We have met with Ehlers for a preliminary look at the project. Ehlers will be meeting with the Council on October 16th in a work session to review the information. Job Evaluation Committee The Job Evaluation Committee has completed its research for the 2008 wages. After completing the market research on comparable wages, it appears that there are no discrepancies at this time. The committee will have its recommendations to make to the Council in October. Water/Wastewater Supervisor An interview committee has completed its interviews for the position. The committee has chosen an applicant for the position. We have had a second interview and are in the process of completing a background check. If this can be completed by the October Council meeting, we will be making a recommendation to the Council.
