Malecha, Council Members Oraskovich, Nagel, <br /> Sjoblad, and Ryan <br /> Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Nancy Malecha, Deputy City <br /> Clerk; Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator; Jerry Braam, <br /> Chief of Police; and Mike Rude and Tim Houle, City <br /> Engineers; Mike Loven, Street/Maintenance Supervisor <br /> 1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> `.. 2. Consider Agenda <br /> The City Clerk requested that item 10.7. "Water/Wastewater Supervisor" <br /> be added to the agenda. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS <br /> AMENDED. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. SEPTEMBER 4, 2007 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 3.2. PAYMENT OF BILLS <br /> 3.3. FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> 3.4. LIBRARY REPORT <br /> 3.5.
