Sandy Peine- City Clerk 4638 County Road #11 Pcquot Lakes, MN 56472 RE: Developer's Agreement and Punch List- Trailside Estates Itenz 1 - Televising gfsanitary sewer mains; Could not be completed on August 28 and is rescheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2007. They should have it to us by the end of next week. Item 3 - Construct ditching around the northwest cul-de-sac (station 0+00 to 0+60); Need to be discussed with the city. Item 4- Construct by-pass lane on Count),Road#112; 'Me by-pass lane has been paved. I spoke with Lynn at Minnesota Power. Their engineer was matting with the county today to decide what should be done about moving the two power poles. i have also called Eric from LineScape to std.pe the by-pass lane, but they haven't given me a date yot. Item S- Remove and replace cracked concrete curb and gutter at the hollowing locations: ..Trailside Road- 1+25 left., 2+25 right, 4+50 right, 7+15 right, 9+25 right, 9+70 right. Trailside Loop - 4+25 right, 5+15 right, S+24 right, 5+31 right, 6+00 right, 7+15 left. Need to be discussed with the city. Item 6- Remove and replace 15 feet of concrete curb and gutter north of CB 4, station 5+09 to 5+24 left to provide positive drainage tot he catch basin_ Need to be discussed with the city Item 8- At the East End(upstream end) of the culvert at Trailside Loop station 0+28: install 15"GS pipe apron and remove sediment from constructed sump area. The sediment was cleaned again, but the turf needs to establish itself, also needs to be discussed with the city, Item 11 - Construct rip-rap channel ai station 10+001efl. Bituminous spillway appears to slope to the roadwav; contractor shall verify positive drainage when constructing the spillway. The rip-rap channel has been installed and the topsoil has been removed.
