Presentations <br /> No presentations. <br /> 6. Planning and Zoning Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 6.1. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Final Plats <br /> Staff report by Dawn Bittner. Ms. Bittner explained that the Planning <br /> Commission recommended that the City Council amend the ordinance <br /> regarding the review responsibility of final plats. The amendment transfers <br /> the final review from the Planning Commission to the City Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 07-07 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 11.3 PLANNING COMMISSION, SECTION 11.5 <br /> CITY COUNCIL, AND SECTION 11.9 SUBDIVISIONS. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE SUMMARY <br /> PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 07-07 COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.2. Renew Contract with Community Growth Institute for 2008 <br /> This item was withdrawn. <br /> 6.3. Trailside Estates Update <br /> City Engineer Tim Houle updated the Council on the status of the punch <br /> list for the Trailside Estates plat. He noted that the developer is requesting <br /> a 2nd extension of 30 days. He indicated that Landecker will be working <br /> with the developer on the items remaining on the punch list. The Council <br /> voiced a concern regarding the need to complete the punch list prior to the <br /> City accepting the roads in the plat. Tim Houle recommended that the <br /> Council approve the 30-day extension. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO GRANT ANOTHER 30 DAY <br /> EXTENSION FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO <br />
