These habitats are quite varied and include a <br />shoreline k�eavily vegetated with reeds ancl other aquatic vegetatioi� and a mzxed <br />oak, rnaple a;ttd pin� fox•est on the highlands su�ro�dir�� the l�e. <br />Collectively, these n�tural, �cenic ancl open space q�zalities afth� l�rotected Pz�aperty <br />camprise its "Consezvation Values." <br />These Conservation Vatues have not been and ar� not likely ta be advarsely affected to <br />any substantial extcnt by the continued use of th� Protected Pr�perty as described above <br />or as authorized below ar by the use, znaintenance ar constractio�n ofthose structures and <br />�-- improv�nnents that presently exist on the Pxotectecl �'roperty or that are authorizeci balow, <br />L.
