Maintenance Department Monthly Report
July 2007
All of our 2007 street projects are in full swing. By the time of the next
Council meeting the projects should be nearly completed except for some
sodding and seeding. Other than the usual traffic and adjoining property
owners concerns the projects have gone really smooth.
The Bobber Park is almost complete. We have received much positive feed
back on its design and location.
The Trailside Estates Park should be irrigated, sodded, and the gazebo
installed by the next meeting time, weather permitting. The playground
equipment has been ordered.
During the week of August 201h the Cole Memorial Building wood floors are
to be sanded and re-finished, which should make a huge difference on the
interior appearance.
Meetings attended in July:
July 3rd Council meeting
July 5th Tailgate safety session
July 10th Monthly department budget
July 10th Building budget
July 12th Library/ City building committee
July 12th Park Board meeting
July 19th Joint Planning & Zoning / Council meeting
July 19th Oriole Street Right-of-Way meeting
July 20th Insurance information meeting
July 31St 2008' proposed budget meeting
