The Committee is looking not only at what the Library's needs are presently,but also at the future space needs of the City. Tax Increment Financing Yearly tax increment financing reports are due in the State Auditor's office by August. The City works with Ehlers to prepare these reports. The cost to prepare these reports is covered by TIF administration money. The reports have all been completed; the publishing and mailing requirements met and have been submitted to the State Auditor. The Clerk's Office has spent many hours this month working with Ehlers, Briggs and Morgan, BLADC, and Paul Sandelin's office in preparing all the necessary documents for the Lonesome Cottage TIF request. This is also a complicated process and requires `.. much coordination between all the different entities involved in the process.
